Deputy Director for Exchange/SCAN

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or human service related field. Five years of experience managing staff, delivering similar services related to the mission of Exchange/SCAN. Must possess strong clinical skills, experience in grant writing, and have experience with public speaking and/or community presentations.

Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or human services related field preferred, although applicants possessing a Bachelor's degree in a human services field with at least 5 years in administration and service delivery will be considered. Must have supervisory experience, clinical skills, grant/fundraising experience, and strong community/public relations skills.
